I'm the opposite. I always end up grabbing those deals...."broken" guns are my favourite...as normally I or my friends can fix them up for relatively cheap.

I payed 30 dollars and a meatball sub for a 2k3 gen E trix "cause it's broke"....Put a new battery in it and it was running like a champ.

          you suck...

i paid $100 for a gen-e that was supposedly broken... and really WAS broken. the kid who had tried to "fix" it tried to hold the solenoid in with shredded paper. aparently $2 for screws was a bit much.

and whoever actually sold a pm6 for $175 needs to be shot. even broken they could have easily doubled or tripled that. why cant i find deals like that?

Same thing happened to me, except with a brand new 06 Proto and my RT. Mohammed Wallace, Rasheed Wallace's brother, offered me a new 06 Proto for my 97 RT. I at first said no because I realized that for him, $1000 is nothing, but it took me months to save up for my RT and fix it. I eventually realized that if I traded, I could sell the Proto and get an Emag. I really wanted an Emag. So eventually, I asked him if he was still willing to trade, and he said NO. I was kinda mad because I could of gotten an Emag. But, I still like my RT because I spent so much time on it and it is still my first and only paintball gun.

And all of you who live under a rock, Rasheed Wallace is #36 for the Detroit Pistons.
Also, his bro lacks the athletic gene. Hey, if you cant play professional ball, you can always play paintball.

I suppose sharing with you what I have paid for the last E-mags I have gotten and parted out here would not make anyone happy....

$300 cash for a NIB E-mag (SS body and Retro Valve) plus a Boomstick and 68/4500 tank. Dude showed up at the store and tried to get the owner to buy it but he had no money in the register so they told the guy to go down to the field knowing that I would take it off his hands.

While I'm not in the market, nor have I bought from you in the past, I think some buyers would buy from you while there is still a lower price similar item on the table for sale. I gladly pay 'fair price' to a known seller over baragin price to some unknown probable teen who could just be some punk.

Now you buying some bargain basement emag already took on the risk of it being FUBAR or deadbeat trader/seller. So you might be entitled to some gains in selling. Or to recoup time spent on repairs or calling parents to have their kid ship something.

It was a VERY nice mag. Alpha rail and valve (yes, valve) anno'd to match and an intelliframe with luke panels.

He then traded it for a Merlin ACE'd Race with custom millling and anodizing and a 92/45 Crossy.

                          Trading up ftw
