Not sure what you mean by the psychology comment. Yes the Ion was shipped.

in this case, i put up a good fight but there really isint anything i can do, so psychologically i put forth a good effort. if i had just said in the first place "it doesent work, fine, ship it back" id be mad because id have let myself down and not even fought it.

Seems a little wierd that you shipped, he received and was able to return ship before you ever got the Ion. Kinda makes you think......also considering how very little can go wrong with a mag...

exactly my point. a mag can be fixed for about half the price to ship it back. i never saw the ion.

You never will. I stopped shipment on it. WHen I shipped it out I used Parcel shipping. Not the fastest but it gets there.

This is what happens when you lie about the condition of your item. This is what happens when you get caught lying about testing the marker when you did not.

It does not matter what the cost to repair it was or is. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN OPERATIONAL WHEN IT ARRIVED LIKE YOU SAID.

WHen I got it the foregrip was loose and rattling, the marker would not shoot. Does not seem functional to me in that condition.
