    X valve versus retro valve?

I saw a post on pbnation stating that the retrovalve was the same as the x valve, just a different color.

    Is this true?

I read the agd website a bit and it seemed like they said that the retrovalve was an earlier version, which does not include the level 10 standard, but was in other ways quite similar.

WHat's the deal? Does an rt pro w. retrovalve and level 10 function the same as it wouuld if they were removed and the xvalve installed?

I'm wouldn't really ever need to install a x valve cause I don't care all that much about bps. But I was curious about the validity of this guys claims and more importantly, knowledge about mags

As Rogue says, they would be the same except the one with the xvalve would be silightly lighter.

we alos forget that the X can fit the ULT right from AGD, the retro needs to be cut to make it fit.

No, the ReTro valves (some of them at least) need to be cut.

If I get an RT pro valve will I be able to take the ult out of my xvalve and put it straight into the rt pro?

maybe. depends if the rt valve in your rt pro needs to be drilled or not.
