By not loading right, do you mean that when you stick it in the loading socket, it won't turn?

That happened a lot to me, and I never really figured out why. Basically, you have to take off the top part and give it the correct prewinds and put the top on again, until it works.

no it turns for some reason it will feed like 3 balls into the pod and the 4th will get hung up and not load, and it keeps doing that when ever i try to load it. but it only happens with one pod so i have like 10 others i use for play. i have the gen 2 system BTW, everything is set at 9 prewinds so no problems of over or under wind.
