    Quick threading question

Ok, so I got a Justice series barrel from WWA threaded exactly like they show in their pic on the site here . Advertised as AC threads, but I also just got a ULE mainbody, and it will NOT thread in! Is the barrel not actually AC threaded? Or is the mainbody for some crazy reason not AC threads? Or is there something I'm just plain not seeing here . Your help is appreciated.

Compare it to another cocker threaded barrel that will fit.

Sometimes, they can be different just enough that it wont fit.

well i know a few people that have them and they fit fine, including myself

he couldve sent a spyder threaded by accident, or i dontr eacall the ordering setup but you might have chosen spyder by accident

nope, didn't choose spyder, it's the same threading as pictured on the website for AC threads, and it looks just like the threads on my Evil Pipe kit I had previously, which were AC.

does someone have a pic of AC threads or an AC threaded barrel I could look at, just to make sure? (I don't feel like going all the way to the proshop to check just yet, lol)

Then, talk to WWA and see about getting an exchange. Im sure Joe will work with you if you explain it to him.

i had two cand couldnt even tell them apart 3" from my eyes

the cocker ones are thicker, the spyder are thinner, the pic on wwa's page is the thin spyder one, if yours looks like that than it seems like a spyder to me

if it seems thicker than i gues it is indeed cocker, but like i said i know 3 people personaly including ymself that have them and dont have any problems, soo....call agd , is it sticking or feels like its cross threaded or what?

only thing i ever encountered with these barrels is them not fitting on dm's because the small breech hole

Thanks a lot for the advice, I guess that's what I'm gonna have to do.

I had a problem with my WWA justice spyder threaded barrel.. Looked fine, wouldn't go in.. the threads were just barely off it turns out.. I gave it to my machinist friend, he took care of it somehow.. but I suspect you have the same problem. If you know a good machinist, give him your WWA and a barrel which works fine, and see if he can fix it..

                        Lo

I have a justice and truth series barrels and both cocker threaded, and both of them work great in my ULE boides.

hmm...I think I'm gonna have to get a hold of Joe again, I just don't want to until I know for sure it's the barrel (and I think it is). He has great customer service though, I had my order screwed up when I bought the barrel originally, and he took care of it ASAP. So I'm not too worried...yet...

Well, I just got back from the proshop, and it looks like I was accidentally sent a Spyder threaded barrel. So props to everyone who called that . It was strange though, cuz we compared it to a different AC barrel, and the threads were extremely similar, yet it wouldn't work in other AC threaded guns. So we tried it in a Spyder, and sure enough...

                              /Thanks for your help guys
