Normally we don't say anything special before the break. The last year I was trap shooting I was asked how I could stay focused and do so well. I replied, "I think to myself how much you guys suck and I do better". It still works for me.

I dont know. I know my team discusses plans before the break, but somewhere in there they say "Rob don't do anything stupid" which is about where I quit listening anyways.

What's your team name, etc.? I find that team oriented chants work best. My team in call "The Voodoo Dolls" our chant is "Bad Ju Ju".
