    New Community Service guy

    I work for the city as custodial/maintenance personel at a health and wellness center. We get the occaisional community service people working off their sentencing and whatnot. Most are "minor" offenses like underage consumption, drug trafficing and drug parafinalia(sp?), those are the most common. They usually only have to serve between 24 and 60 hours + fines, etc.

    Enough with the rambling. Guess what the new guy is in for? If you guessed paintball vandalism, give yourself a pat on the back! He has 165 hours, about $300 in fines + damages, and then another $180 in restitutions. He had some friends also in on the "fun", but I have no idea their punishments.

    Everytime I see him, I want to slug the douche bag, but for some reason, I don't... (probably 'cause I can be fired).

    Just looking at him pisses me off. I have always heard of paintball vandals, but I've never met one.

          This is why people freak out about paintball.. this is why we cant have more paintball fields, and less rules.

              exactly. Someone shoots a paintball at a house and then the whole town thinks any paintballer is a vandal. and thevandals dont even play paintball. they just give us a bad name. There are this guys whole live on a dirt road parrelell to mine and the always throw paintballs at this farmers house andher chickens. Andnow when i shoot she yells for all of her kids to run inside. And we are barely within hearing distance. I need to walk about 60 ft through my woods before i can see there house. People think that im in some way related to what those other guys do. Its very stereotypical......

                  Thing is, my friends and I all heard about the incident. I never thought I'd meet the guy. But seriously, I totally feel like letting loose and knocking him a good one everytime I see him. And it sucks, cause I'll be seeing him for a while.

                  The good thing is, though, he got more hours and fines than ANY of the drug related, underage, and assault people that have done CS here. At least he's paying for it.
