anyone know what kind of voltage the halo can handle? see i have an emag foregrip on my devilmag, and a spare emag battery. so i figure i can hook up a few wires and run the halo off of my emag battery. the only problem is i dont know if the halo can handle 16 volts. Thanks AO -mr.mag

An emag battery gives a voltage of 18 volts if i'm not mistaken. A halo board needs about 9 volts max. to work. You could go as far as giving it 12 volts, but some boards (cheeta boards) can malfunction on those high voltages. My halo has a V35 victory board and i'm using a 8.4v/700mAh battery pack. Works fine even when the cells give off 11 volts peak voltage fully charged.

Uh... no... I believe 18 will fry it.Originally posted by DaveSMCheetah board works up to 35V. So with this board you should be fine.O-Ring Kits FS: Matrix/DM4 / Freestyle / Intimidator / Shocker SFT & More!
