Just go to Lowes or Home Depot. I was able to find some foam padding type substance a few days back. They have everything: styrofoam, rubber padding, extremely warped lumber, etc. Check at your local large hardware store and see what you can find.Hey, look at that! It's Santa!

Saw something interesting a few years back.
Open case, line with garbage bag or similar.
Fill case with spray foam insulation, lay large piece of fabric or towel over surface of foam.
Press paintball gun, tank, barrels, small tool kits and other parts into fabric/towel.
Use the bottom of a glass, or other objects to make small circular or square indentations in the surface as well to hold smaller parts.
let dry.
Pull foam out of case, wrap fabric/towel around the edges and place tightly back into case.
Makes a form fitted case to hold everything perfect for you.
You get another gun, or different stuff, just pull it out and do it again.
