T-Shirt cannon

Looking for some help on building a t-shirt launcher. I know that the AO team can help.
This is for an event I have coming up in a week.

I built a cannon like this

at 100psi it will shoot a nerf rocket 75 yards.
shooting a T-shirt will require higher pressure and stronger materials than pvc and sprinkler valve.
Another thing you may have to do is "prep" the shirts in some sort of sabot to get any kind of distance.

My opinion:

2' chamber of 3 inch sch 40
1.5" sprinkler valve(pneumatically modded)
3.5' barrel of 2" sch 40

Those are my spec ideas. I really can't explain in too much detail at the moment but you can search spudtech to find it.

there was a thread on AO quite a while ago about this.

what to do really depends on what you want. do you want a semi auto gun? or would a simple muzzle loaded 2-valve dump chamber gun work?
