assuming he has a classic valve, he should try to find a 13 bps hyperframe WITH the centerflag on/off. thats going to be the cheapest way to get some significant speed, other than just getting a double trigger frame. otherwise there is no real easy or cheap way to get speed. he could look into an x-valve with ult, then get a hyperframe or spydermag conversion, or anything else already listed.

A pneumatic frame can be homeade for about $50 with the right tools. Or they can be bought cheaper than hyperframe. They work great with classic valves too.

the most impressive mag i ever saw had an xvalve, Chimera frame with trigger stops, and a ULT. He was able to tune the ULT and get the trigger stops just right, he was able to tap into a lot of the potential of the mag without going the more exotic "pneuframe" route.

its just something to consider.
