    For all you tech-heads

I had a free night, when someone on the Tinker's Guild said they wanted to know how a Matrix works. Here is the result:

Blue - HP in; Cyan - LP on; Yellow - LP off

Reminds me of a mag....just has a pressure controlled bolt and slightly different on-off valve....mabey that's just me though I put all three ani's on my site if ya'll wanna look.

Anyways, thought ya'll might enjoy (even though it's not a mag)

Edit: Whoops! I had the LP on/off switched.

Wow those three ani's on your site are impressive. They are simple and easy to follow. Good job!

I've wanted to do the RT valve for a while, actually. The biggest thing preventing me is that the hardest thing to animate is the pressure differences, and an RT animation relies heavily on those pressures to get the point across. I will try though

Actually, Tom, if you still have those graphs for the RT that display the dump chamber pressure vs. fill time, that would really help me make the animation as accurate as possible (I would include a pressure chart and display the timestamp on each frame. If you could just point me to a page that has them, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Twiek- The pressure vs. time graphs at different input pressures are on the AGD site under the RT Chrono Procedure. There's a color cutaway of the RT valve in the classics of the Tech Forum.
