honestly i would get a retro valve & intelliframe. & you should get a superbolt if they make another run of them. oh yea, dont forget a warpfeed.

Come on guys, a few more words of wisdom. I've almost made my decision. The reason why this is so difficult is that I have this lump of cash that, if I don't spend it on paintball NOW, it will get sucked into bills and such and my chance to convert/upgrade will be gone for the rest of the season. Help me out! This is agonizing! Thanks!

That would be rather dumb, considering that you can buy a barely used E-Mag for $750 AND keep your old one.

Gun seems fine to me...I would do the old "go retro Program" And buy yourself a Blade Intellifeed Frame. Also A new Superbolt would do yourself good too...other than that i say get an ajustable tank for your gun preferably ....a dynaflow...or a Flatline.

Hello Memnock my name is Jake and I am one of the owners of Diehard Paintball in Ramsey, MN. Good to see another minnesota player here! I am 100% with Kiluaeakid's suggestion. Once you shoot a nice emag, you'll not want anything else! My suggestion is to find one!!

                Similar Stories...

I played a lot in the early 1990's, and got into tourny play in 1994. I bought a used minimag, and then the next year kinda dropped out of playing. I started playing again last summer. I pulled out the old minimag, dusted it off, put a new parts kit in it and had at it. Still shoots great. I ended up buying a hyperframe for it. It worked great, but I was getting a little shootdown, so I bought a retro valve for it. I bought them used, so I only paid about $450 for the both of them. Minimag/Retro/hyper gun shot very well. Never had a bit of problems with it. But it is very addicting. I ended up buying a used EMAG on Ebay! I have since pulled the parts of the minimag and converted it back to its original 1994 form. You gotta love that AGD quality!!!

dont know if anyone already said it....

But it is point less to get a RT valve and a hyperframe. You either get blow back of RT,or mouse click of electro trigger(ide go for hyperframe).

                    hey mem,

welcome...im alf...everyone calls me that in real life too...anyway, im with the emag guys...once you shoot one, you will have a VERY hard time going back to your (now) SECOND favorite gun...

i started playing in the 80s...on and off...thought i would NEVER own a motorized hopper (lol)...then HAD to get one...got out of paintball for a while...got back in, heard stories of people having $1000....and of course thought "ill NEVER spend THAT much on paintball"...well, that changed too...i thought "ill NEVER EVER own an electro pneumatic paintball gun...they will probably be outlawed in a few months anyway"....well, i was wrong again in BOTH of my thoughts...

so, think about an emag...see if you can borrow someones to "let a few fly"...or play a game or two with it...

                    good luck!
