So I was at the OC Fair grounds...

I noticed that "Pro" Paintball is coming to the OC Fairgrounds on the 20-22. Then I noticed that for NPPL members it's free but to the public it is $5 for all day. Is this happening all around the country or is it just here (the cost issue)? And secondly who would ever want to pay to watch "pro" paintball and the tantrums they throw?

Especially when you can see it at any "rec" field.

I'd pay $5, but if a parking fee was anywhere above $1, I'd have to think about it (leaning towards a "no"). I just think it'd be cool to see the pros go at it live rather than on web video or tv. Not to mention possibly meeting some of them, even though I don't really follow up on anything pro.

I think the $5 is the fairgrounds charge, not the NPPL. Parking is free, but if you want to sit in the grandstands, its $10.


I'll be there, all the new 07 gear will be there, maybe the Mini , and I think Joy division is going to be there. woot.
