Does anyone make an on/off valve for air tanks? I have a 68/3000 and the top is a little messed up (chipped) and the side valve blows out until 2500psi or under. Any help would be great, and is this (http://cgi.ebay.com/Smart-Parts-Pres...QQcmdZViewItem) what I am looking for, also , I would like to keep my gauge on it. any ideas?

More than likely your reg is toast. (the thing that screws in the top of your bottle) If its only blowing out above 2500 psi than it is probally your piston assembly ( i think thats what it is called) If it is chipped on the threads (where you screw it into an asa) and will now hold pressure with your gun then there is no reason to have it fixed. Cross fire has a reg/hydro special. I think its @ 50ish for a 3000 psi tank. It also may just be cheaper to buy another tank.
That on/off more than likely will not work.
