I have a question what factor determines the difference between Newb, average and Elite? Or are there other rankings?
I have been playing paintball since 2000 and didn't consider myself good up until last year. Well I have an Emag and an SL68 2 that I will never sell. I had a little bit of money and paint so I took my SL 68 2 this past weekend. When me and my other 3 friends played together in the same team we overtook any region of the field, together we had an average of 10 kills between the 4 of us. I had an average of 4 kills when I played by myself, but the question of Elite didn't get to me until the ref told me to go to the other team to even out the next game. I was a great feeling, but I will admit that communicating with everyone and anyone in my team is crucial. So am I an Elite? Does my gun not qualify me or over qualify me? Does my years playing downplay my reason to being good? What determines an elite from a regular? Should I wear a badge? Should AO make me a badge?
