#14. ALL B/S/T section threads are now considered 'out of date' if the last post is 120 days ago. This was decided via a Poll of the users and although 90 days was the most wanted result enough also wanted 180 day longevity. Using 120 days is a compromise that takes in both people. If you forget about a thread or your item is SOLD then delete the thread yourself, ALL users have this option it is not just the moderators that can delete a thread failing that report the thread yourself as sold (little red triangle in the top right corner) and we (mods) will delete the thread completely.

I hope they delete the old ones, but all the new threads in the marker section have been deleted.

Um I 'may' have added the 120 days in the wrong box...it did seem a little high the number of threads it found, but cross checking with the forum open in another window and it appeared to be all ok...several threads near the top were actually sold so they were deleted individually.

The section you must be talking about is the Markers section the others have very few pages but then they are all within the 120 day window. Which was a compromise from the recent poll which more wanted the 'age' to be 90 days.

And now most of the links are not working either. They were older threads linked to it as well.

Your thread and everyone elses that was bumped today. The 5 threads that are currently up today were posted on after the deletion. I'm sure they will get it figured out.

Phil were the links going to old threads? If so that is why the links don't work.

Well I reposted it. I was trying to add somethings to it when it all the sudden disapeared. So I reposted it.

The links were in the first one and were working. They are now in the replacement post but not working. One was a searched out link to a long ago post in Main forum that was from two years ago. It was working. And then the other was a link to Deadly Winds web site that is now not working either. That one I got no idea.

The links are not working because they are not full links. Those were pulled from a viewed page, not an edited page. the ... in the middle is screwing you up.

Yea, But good thing I copied it at all.... but... The first one is now no longer on AO at all. Try and search for it again and its gone

The second one is not even an AO link. Gotta refind it...
