AO Skyball meet

I am wondering how many people are going to watch or play at Skyball at the end of the month, and If you all want to set up a meet. If so lets here from who ever is going so we can arange a meeting spot.

Is anyone else going Thursday, this year they're haveing open play in the dome the day before. Email Chris Hadner for more info.

Muzik, are you still interested in doing an AO team? I have 2 mabye three guys interested in playing, sorry for the late notice but one of them had a couple issues to resolve first.

I would be interested in playing, but I do not not have time to organize a team right now (too much travel for work). If you want to organize it, I will play.

The following is copied from Emails I recieved from Chris Hadner of ZAP

There is rec.-player games for the first time at skyball, it well take place
on Thurs Feb. 28th from 4pm to 8pm. Tickets are available at the door
through myself or at the door. The fee for this is $50 and includes rental
of a new 600=E electronic and gogs. and 500 balls. Also the ticket is good
for one day admission to spectate and a scratch and win portion that
includes prizes like keep your equipment and jerseys, T-shirts.

All the prices that I gave you were in canadian funds $50 gets you equipment
and 500 balls for 4 hours in the Dome.extra paint is $30 per 500.
Using your own equipment is fine.

I'll be there...

Playing for what I believe is now called "Team Disorganized" (or maybe just "Disorganized" - any guesses how we got that name?) with my new-to-me E-Mag (#1034) and warp feed. I'll also be staying at the Primrose Best Western.

If people want to get together at some point that'd be good, or just track me down on the field. Especially if you happen to be in the college/high school paintball crowd.

Well, I was saying in the chat room that we should all find a place to sit near all the booths and make our own AGD booth. Just a whole bunch of us sitting around together, maybe make a sign out of the back of a pizza box or something...

or maybe not..

You have to pay for booths, so I'm not sure that would work. Is AGD going to have a booth there?

I was thinking more along the lines of our own "special" booth....

I don't think there's going to be an AGD booth there, that's why I thought of the pizza box idea.
