i bought a proto switch f/s mask only to see it getting fogged up every round on my first day out.So i take off the lens using the patent pending 1/4 turn removal system only to find that the entire bottem half of my lens` was not sealed so i go to the proto site, email customer service wait the 6 business days they say id get a response within and write another, again 6 days no response so i called 2x today once about 1 o clock (ny) so in cali it was 9? figuring they where just opening no answer, got a msg for customer service. so i called just now 6:00 (ny) same msg " i am currently helping another customer or unavaliable please leave a msg and i`ll get back to you" am i to beleive dye has 1 service rep? and to expect she will call me back when shes free just like they had answered my emails? i could have done with out the "severel patent pending innovations" and settled for just a good set of lens` any one else have similar problems with dye/proto? or is it just me
