we were at All American Paint Ball Park today (great great facility by the way, nice fields, great refs, awesome awesome counter guys) ... took my son for his birthday (10th yea that's it ). When we went to get CO2 fill for his classic 68 the guy at the counter joked with us about not knowing was CO2 was.... He had fun nameing off everything on my son's gun, and inquired why we chose that one for him....
The conversation went into how Nathen was so little and needed something light that we could run a small tank of CO2 off of. Russell suggested an Epiphany. Told him it sounded wonderful, but I could never buy my son a Smart Parts gun. It is just not our style, and I would like to keep my spot on the POG team

Poor Bill is pulling teeth trying to get this guy to say anything about the gun!!

oooo... it runs at higher operating pressure... and its magnesium with rubber overlay....they put set screws in the trigger... and its got a new on/off button!! woohoo thats worth the 150.00 increase from the Ion!!!

Who needs hype? Just look at it and then shoot it, you'll want one. Well, not if you're a mag guy, but the only reason most mag guys can give is "It's bad because it's made by SP."

mmm, not workin for me, Im an SP hater. IONS ARE FOR 12 YEAR OLDS!!!!!!! ( i actually know a 12 year old that owns one)

You were so close to progressing to not being an idiot. Does the Ion have some issues? Of course it does. It also allows one to be relatively competetive at less than half the price of many of todays markers. There is some thought into buying them

I was not bashing the Epiphany, SP, or anything, I'm making a comment on the fact that Bill from Warpig had to literally draw out conversation from this guy becasue he didnt really have a whole lot to say about the Epiphany
