If it is properly marked and contains the proper paperwork, none. Be sure to mark it as sporting goods.
However, you need to be sure that the recipient is ready to pay the customs fees. My X-Mag came from PPP in Toronto and they charged me $60 in import taxes on it.Last edited by JRingold; 11-20-2006, 09:00 PM.I went like this :shooting:
He went like this :tard: then like this :wow: then like this
Now he shoots a Mag too...

I brought my pre 2k mini cocker from the states without issue. Like the others said make sure you list it as a "Paintball Marker". "warranty work" "gift" or "Used" often prevents duty but they can changer you if they think its not. If it is new most stores wont ship without marking new.
That said if you get to many shipments in marked as gifts the boarder seems to get smart and will open every thing that comes over for you.Comment

Canada post works great for shipping to the US.
There should never be duty on items that are made in Canada or the US. The only charges should be brokerage. UPS is the one that hits you hard on these. Canada Post and USPS should be minimal for brokerage. Canada Post was only $5.00 the last time I used it.
When shipping from the US to Canada, the only real charges are taxes, but that is expected. UPS is the only one that likes to heap on the extra brokerage fees.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.Comment
