so "agd" is now AGD(usa) and "AGDE" is now NPSE ?

btw if there is no agd e, why make an AGD usa?

so dave bought the company? i was under the impression he bought inventory(or is that considered the entire company)

i think tom said in another thread that dave only bought the inventory, tom still owned the company and the ideas
