I am XKE, that shocker is in my hands right now. I am legally an adult, and, my parents have never payed for ANY of my markers. A teammated picked up that dynasty for $100 because it was broken when we got it (missing noid and upper board). WE sold the board out of it for $120, then put in a free board (sponsors) and got a new noid/upper board with part of a sp gift certificate we had won in a tournament. So basically, we had been paid $25 for a perfectly functional dynasty shocker. Now, the marker was already haggard as hell/disgusting so, my teammate figured, hell, its not really worth selling, why dont we just declare it a team backup marker and do whatever we want to it. So, basically, thats what it is. Then, I stole it from him lol. The point of this marker is not that it is pleasing to all eyes, but that it shoots great, is humorous to us to some extent, and if you really want to get nitpicky, this thing cant get stolen and have someone get away with it. (we had a dm6 stolen last season). Its kind of humorous to me that you guys on AO rant and rave to no end about kids who try and be "agg" by caring about how they look so much. Many of you say that its how you play that matters, not how you look. Why then, does it matter more what this marker looks like than how it shoots? I play paintball, not put on a fashon show, so, I really could care less what my marker looks like.
I have been playing paintball long enough that pretty much all markers have lost their sense of prestige to me. I could really care less if your holding a dynasty shocker, or a classic mag, when it gets down to game time, its put up or shut up, and your marker is only going to help you so much, and, its looks arnt going to help any.
edit- Yes, i have had markers which I babied to no end, but, in all reality, i would rather be able to toss my marker around, dive, do whatever and not be concerned with putting a 1/4in scratch in the ano. Worry less about your gear, and more about playing.
shockers are dime a dozen now a days anyway, heres the pile of them I have at school- The dynasty was free, and I didnt pay more than $400 for any of the others.

You're right on that. But I do have to say that that thing is ugly as sin... I do see the humor though. I thought it was comical from the get go. Good luck selling.
