Lvl 10 bumper material?

Anyone know were I could find the material that the Lvl 10 bumpers are made of?
I dont want the bumpers, just the material.

polyurethane for the rt's if i recall

i usualy use the classic bumpers though since they slide less and last longer.

however the rt bumpers do seem to absorb the recoil a little ebtter
