not surprising in the least. in fact, i think i've seen some threads like this on there before...
either way, its awfully depressing to see people like them erode the nature of the sport from the inside out.
i haven't been enthusiastic about playing at most (but not all) fields for a long time now, and that thread does a good job at justifying that.

I had to go on there and leave a good inflamatory comment. I would have gone on and used it as an excuse to get banned from the nation but I need the BST's for a tad longer.

If you read a couple pages, you'll notice there are some rational human beings on there. about 1/3 of the posters are defending the no-wipe philosophy. The others are pbn kiddies.

there are plenty of people that are not on PBN that cheat. personally hell yea i have whiped but i very rarely do it. in a tourney i got shot in the macro line. the ref slid next to me, looked at me and my gun, called me clean. so i changed hands cleaning my macro. before he slid in i didnt know i got shot and i was shooting the whole time. so if i would just stand up and leave that would be a 3 for 1 for playing on. if i got cought at the end of the game thats a huge penalty also.

I would send a few shots the way of a cheater without if he were on his way to the deadbox.

Not saying I haven't cheated before. But I raerly ever do that. Like if I look down towards the end of the game or afte and realize at some point I was hit... I'll wipe it as to avoid a scene. For example... just a few weeks ago I was hit in the shoe through the bottom opening of the X bunker. I never knew it hit me till about a minute later when the ref walked over and said "You know you were hit awhile ago?" I was like "HUH?" and he pointed out the hit. Gotta love lazy recball refs.

I'm jsut mad that the dumbasses still think that they're right, even though they constantly get told that they're just retarded(by myself and alot of other people on PBN). I don;t get it...cheating is cheating, it doesn't matter how many people you think do it, when everyone cheats then there will be no point to the game..

I never wipe in a practice, open play.. etc. However, if there is money on the line, everyone does.

I'm in there for the Invert forum now.. but yeah probably 75-90% of the people on Pbn are just those wiping kids who just want to brag about how fast they can ramp or what gun/connections they have.
