Is there a PDF on site on how to install and tune the ULT?

I saw Black's OLD thread in the tech forum, but it seems like something is missing, pics gone and broken vid links.

Is there something here like the LX guide for the ULT?

No, because the ULT is so simple. You remove the old on/off, and replace it with the ULT. The rest is outlined here, its a copy of the text instructions provided with ULT's:
