    Question about AGD store shipping

Ok, i orderes a total of 10 dollars worth of parts. This included plastic nubbins, warp o-rings, warp dust cover and some stickers. I look at shippng and it was almost 8 bux to have this stuff in 2-3 days. This would almost double my order. I called AGD all day today and had no answer. I need there parts by the weekend or my emag is out of comision. I already had 2 bad weekends of fiding out that my nubbins were wore out, i cant have another. Is there any way that AGD could just put this stuff in a envelope and send it through the mail. Any answers??

I just ordered some small parts (field strip screw and plastic nubbins) over the phone. The woman I talked to actually suggested shipping through the mail to save me money. So that's what I did. I ordered on wed. and got it on monday.

You have to call the office in the moring and ask Marcia or Joann about the status of your order.

To clarify what store customers can expect, we have added wording to the store ordering process and acknowledgment stating that it can take anywhere from 2-5 days from the time an order is placed for us to get it out the door. (The extreme of 4 or 5 days should only be in cases where the order was placed Friday night or Saturday.)

Everyone should know that the internet store is not a good option for emergency orders. Computer problems, employee illnesses or vacations, or other situations can have an impact on how quickly we can process these orders. If you need an order by Friday, it's *really* best that you call us (847-520-7507 1#) on Monday (Tuesday at the latest) to give us enough time to turn the order around without having to charge you the high cost of overnight service.

As far as shipping costs on the store: we are examining our options on this subject, but at the moment UPS is the only kind of shipping the store can offer. If at all possible, batch your order so you get more bang for your shipping bucks.

About this specific case: we would like to know what number you called and what day you tried to call us all day. You may have to wait in queue, but calls to the front office *do* get answered if you are patient.
