Turn your LPR all the way down untill its off. Air up your marker. Slowly turn up the LPR's pressure untill the gun begins to cycle. Then carefully adjust untill your trigger weight is right for you.

I would think tightening it down all the way would be the lowest...

                Was the tickler used?

Unscrew the adjuster all the way. Take out the spring and drop a few 'Gold Cup in there. Put it back together with the handle as loose as it can be and see what it does. Out is down, and all the way out should be no pressure at all.
                Sounds like a stuck piston.

The best LPR by far is the Palmer Micro Rock. If you arent using one, you are open to problems. The Ticklers are ok from what I hear, but sounds like your needs a rebuild.
