    Pneu-Assisted

So I was messing around online and I came across this.

My question is what do the Pneumatics do for a pump. I'm guessing it helps with the pull but is this legal in pump-play and how much does it help

Not legal in stock class tournys. It shortens the pump stroke. Very effective on autotrigger pumps.

When done well on a pump with an AT, it practically allows you to "walk the pump" much like walking the trigger on a pneumag...

Thats from Doc's website I do believe. He's built several of them as you find them scattered around the galleries. Essentially limits the pump stroke to that of what it takes to actuate the valve. Which makes for an amazingly short pump.

Good to know that somone of Tom's status seeks "relief" from a sport he helped create. A sport now ruled by a single patent.

ok well a little mroe indepth on how it works for you

you pull the trigger and it cycles the gun as normal, you pull the pump handle back a very short distance which now activated a 3 way valve to rpush air towards a ram to recock the gun, pull handle forward, ram moves forward, gun is now cocked and ready to go.

basicaly you take and autococker, detach the actuator and hook it to a pump handle
