Dang! I like my Vike!

Having recently traded my Angel for my CFOA project Mag(thanks KC), I replaced its position in team practice with a "recently" aquired Viking. I have used this marker very little and never in ramping mode or with my reloader. This one is outfitted with the WAS board, and have to comment on how much smoother this one transfers into ramping as compared to (others) I have recently used.
The weight and balance of the marker make it extremly stable when it transfers into the ramp. I was blazing every person foolish enough to run in front of me today. I will have to work on my snap shooting with it. Its size and weight will take some adjustment.

I haven't used it in over a month, took it out of the bag, few drops of oil and it chronoed the same as it did last time I played.....Thanks for the tune up DC.

Looks nice. As you said, only thing weird switching to the vik was getting used to the size over many other guns. I also tried shooting my tank out the back and I can say that getting a DF for it made the world a better place.

This is actually an 02 w/ eyes. Unsure of the version of was, but I use a pimp manual for it.

Looks good, I just picked up an 03 vike and I get to play with it for the frist time this wednesday. I can't wait!

To all viking owners - I'm sure I have a WAS programmer at my house if you need a hand there.

Glad you like it. I love mine. Even milled without all the weight it's one of the smoothest markers I've ever shot. And the pressure compensating regs are nice to never have to be adjusting. The size profile is a tad smaller than a DM5 silohette too.

AKA makes the best guns around. I havnt ever owned or shot a gun i like more than my Excal or Vik. Anyone thinking about getting a new gun should def look into AKA markers. Not to bag on mags but AKA blows em out of the water in every way i can think of.

I just picked up a DC FSP viking with tadao and whatnot, ill probably end up shooting that at a few cfoa events as well. Used it at a 3 man on saturday, and a practice on sunday and it shot amazing.
