    Interesting Mag frame

Aluminum swing trigger, anno'ed what I think is a Pro Teams color. A few questions arise.

1: was the sniper2 and mag trigger (not the frame, I know they have the same bolt spacing) the same? This frame looks to have a sniper2 trigger in it, but I dont recall what an older trigger looks like. This one has a small tail to lift the sear of a sniper2.

2: This frame is obviously not the old pot metal style, as those wouldnt take anno at all. It also seems to have the hole for the sniper2 style sear pin, but not the nub for the return spring.

Wanna get some info, as I am gonna sell it with a pair of SP wood grips in rainbow color. Looks like Pro Teams anno pattern. I just got it recently, on a regular mini mag.

    Thanks!

WGP and AGD did share base frames for quite awhile. Mag frames had a nub (For keeping grips from rotating, they only used one bolt) stick out of the side where the snipers had a sear axle hole. But they were potmetal frames that were painted. So an aliminum one is odd, and I have seen a whole lot of mags and snipers. But I dont recall ever seeing a metal trigger for an AGD frame, so I dont know how its shaped. It may be similar to the CF one, but I just dont know. The one in this frame looks to be a sniper trigger, but the frame doesnt have the nub to hold the return spring. But it does have the sear axle hole for the Snipers, which isnt needed for mags. And the Anno is nearly flawless!

Thats an older looking Bob Long "Camo" anno

Thats is a copy of the old pot metal frame my guess would be from around 95/96/97 ish

All the old frames has the Alumium triggers. AGD switched to the CF Frames and triggers in 94 I think.

          Nice find
