Does anyone know who did the anno on this and if so what is it? Can't tell if it's olive drab or just green.

Well, it looks like an Olive drab, dust finish. The dust finish really does darken down colors vs. the shiny finish. And I beleive that Gruntbull has a color very similar to this, getting one done in this color as we speak And I do not know who did this one. Sorry.
