I was using a 60 min DV and ran out of room by the time it came to assembling and hooking up the 3way and actuator assemblies. That's why I'm basically like - "Uh, ok just hook up the hoses from here and Good Luck " Then I saved the last 2 mins of available video to shoot the short teaser vid of the completed pneumag. If I ever feel motivated again, I'll have to do a Front LPR mount and an internal mount for the camera when I get more blank DV's.

I actually did the ASA/LPR work between the MPA-3 assembly and the 3 way install while my batteries recharged on the camera. You can notice the difference in the bottom of the frame in the two portions of the video.

For the internal LPR, you will not get away with a dremmel or drill press. You'll need a mill to face off the top of the ASA for an oring gland, bore into it for air supply, and then to cleanly remove a fair amount of material from the inside-bottom of the airwalk frame. Also, you do not have any idea how hard it is to tap a 1/8 npt through a hole - best workout ever.

/thank god it's near impossible to break a 1/8-27 tap by hand.

It even jumped up to 830kb/sec about half way through.

                    Thanks for hosting it.

And thanks pneumagger for putting it together.

                          Apparently i contributed to this.

Drinking cider with joe, and looking at a half-designed frame on his lappy is contribution apparently...

                            Pnuemagger,

You have done us all a great service with this amazing tutoral. I am anxiously awaiting and hoping that you release an LPR/ASA/3way-actuator tutoral.

                              Pneumagger,
It's already hosted now, but just for future reference...

We now have free broadband streaming hosting as a part of PigTV (PigTV.net) That video is bigger than we can handle via web upload, but as long as we can get the data by putfile or some other transfer - even a DV tape or file on a data DVD sent in the mail, it's not a problem for us to encode stuff of any length, with clean 500 Kbps Flash encoding the video comes out very sharp.
