How do I know if my order was really placed?

I looked for an e-mail to contact but couldn't find one, I tried to place an online order but it timed out or something similar...but it gave me this "Order # 1641: 02-07-02 4:53 PM "....did that mean it processed? Can ya inform me Tom? Also, make sure it only went thru ONCE (if it double bills my bank won't be happy ;-) ) ...thanks

I work from butt early to butt late in the day so I can't call and hit their business hours, so I thought I'd e-mail, sounds about right?

the e-mail was quite appreciated ..there is an internet booth in the mall outside my store (I work in a mall anchor store) so I can check my e-mail or what not on lunch or breaks....calling Chicago on the company dime isn't looked on very favorably...

yeah, Marcia got back to me real quick and let me know it did NOT go thru so I was able to redo it without having to worry about getting a double or tripple charge...but thank you too, Tom
