I believe there is a version cap on that feature. It was done away with in the later vesions IIRC.

Another note The 1.37 software is ok i guess. The jumper is cool to have in the backyard and stuff like that. I got 3.2 software on my emag when I had and it made the gun way faster. IIRC the jumper wouldn't work with 3.2 but the performance of the gun made up for it.

It is basically a useless part it is either for burst mode for software you can't get anymore or a tournament lock for X mod
