New mag came in- palmerized, nickel plated barrel, hyperframe

Got this off freedom who got it when he bought the wall from PPS. Hyperframe, PPS tuning, sideline stab, brass/nickel barrel, and a really nice shiney finish, dunno what it is. It's sweet, but I bought it because it was a palmerized mag, not because of the hyperframe, and might just sell the whole thing off because of the hyperframe, I don't like electric triggers. I'd rather not part it out. We shall see, one person is already interested.

oh forgot to say, I am not showing off, I did not pay $790 for it, I got a bit of a price break

It would be very hard to sell, such a sweet, sweet marker

Aside from the reg hanging off the side, what does Palmerizing do for a mag exactly?

They refinished the outside, its a very, very nice gray now, and apparently, aside from that, very little. I assume the Hyperframe has been setup quite well, but on their page they even admit there's not much they can do. I think they mentioned they disabled the AGD reg or something, and just run the PPS one, tad more consistent and no shootdown from double regs. Can't blame the PPS one for being more consistent, it didn't have have be squeezed into such a small space.

I have yet to confirm that last part, though

Dunno if they did anything, but the barrel twist lock assembly is much smoother on this mag than either my field rental or powerfeed 68automag
