Tank question

Its been a couple years since I looked at my tanks, and I am trying to remember the DOT codes, between 3 and 5 year tank?

Can anybody inlighten me about the codes please.

Thanks for the link if I read teh information right I have 3 5year tanks, that save me alot of money, now that I am back shooting mags, I guess I better get a HP tank, then or at least a HP reg.
