Being from Michigan and having been to many fields in the area and researching all of the others, I can tell you quite simply...

It's $80. After admission, all-day air, and a case of paint...you want the fee to be $80-$90. If it's more than $90, you'll lose business.

The real question is FPO or BYOP?

For an FPO field, you can usually charge $45-$60 for paint and then the admission and air would be $20. That's how Hell Survivors does it and it's pretty much the norm.I've seen other fields charge for the air, but their paint is less expensive ($45-$50 a case).

For a BYOP field, you need to charge a little more to cover the guys that are bringing their own paint, but you still have to be cognicent of the $90 ceiling. Remember, the people already paid $45 for paint, that leaves $45. Uually what I see is a $15 fee, $15 BYOP, and a $10 all-day air.

Memberships are kind of lame. Only those committed to playing at that field often are going to buy one and they are usually over-priced for what you get in return. Of the fields I've seen that have went under, it's usually high paint prices. Alot of indoor fields were charging like $80-$100 for FPO and that's just rediculous.

The field I usually go to, PAG indoor(Paintball Action Games)

Entry: $15 if you have your own gear, $5 extra for every extra piece of gear you may need, but if you go regularly the owner is really nice and doesn't charge you extra usually.
$30 all equipment included. 200 paintballs, need to book in advance though
$15, includes all equipment rental and coveralls(very clean coveralls, they wash regularly), walk on nights only though, which is Sunday and Wednesday night! Great Deal!

Paint: $75/ case of paint, includes one entry fee, on tournaments its $80/case does not include entry fee, entry fee is per team, changes per tournament
If you don't shoot much $5/100 paintballs(in a zip lock bag)

Air: Free as long as entry free is paid, co2 is also free, if you just come in for a refill its $1 per 1000 psi for air tanks, and co2 tanks are around $3-5 depending on size.

Field: indoor speedball, hard black foam on the ground with netting around, Air filled bunkers, field layout changes regularly

Two levels in the building for setting up, viewing area also on second floor. Hope this helps out.

Plus colors is just a little bit farther away, there is a few more fields that arn't that big inbetween mayhem and colors. TCPGR's field is like 45 minutes from me TCP's northern field is like an hour and a half....
