they cannot be shipped unless shipped as haz material. If going air it has to comply with iata (I think thats the one) International air transportation authority maybe. Idunno, however you cant ship them It is hard to type.

check with the company you are shipping with. I know Canada Post considers them dangerous goods and has speacial rules to follow, and courrier firms have speacial rules to follow for them aswell.
