Well, X mags are going to cost you a pretty penny (900-1500). Emags can be found significantly cheaper depending on what up's they come with. I dont think AGD has anymore new in stock so you'll have to get one used. Aside from that, in the non electro department, you can go with a nice reactive RT, or a RT pro custom with ult or get an e-frame of the sorts. Check out themagsmith.com and tunamart.com for some nice options.

ps. or theres always a pneumag! shoots like an electro but no batteries or board!

      my favorite is the pneumag...

and I would reccomend it to everyone above all others.

E-mags are insaine too with x-mod.

Just make sure to get an X-Valve with lvl 10 bolt and if you are going the mechanical route get the ULT trigger kit. Thats the gun right there, and you can get whatever rail/mainbody/trigger frame you want to make it look pimp!

Neither E-mag or X-mag's are made anymore. And you cant really upgrade an E-mag to be an x-mag.

The difference really lies in the Anti Chop Eyes. And an E-Mag can be modified to have Anti Chop Eyes, iirc. The other difference is the body, which personally isnt that big of a deal. But to others the body might be important.

E-mags are still relatively available. Be prepared to spend appx 350 for emag lowers, or more if it has x-mod and other stuff.

Also there is a very good condition X-Mag for sale, and they dont go on sale all that often.

be prepared to beat 1250 for it thoug if you want it, look in the markers for sale section.

Nice used E-Mags show up from time to time in the $500 or-so dollar range

Do you have a compatible air system? you'll need a system with a high pressure (800-ish) output

Do you have 'cocker barrels? if so, you may want a gun with the ULE mainbody

If you go pnuemag your gonna have a custom marker..becouse you have to make it or get it made by somone " cyberave..pnuemagger"
You dont have to worry about batteries or a board
              my pnuemag rips 15 bps
But you wont go wrong with any mag!
if you get a flatline you can bounce the trigger of any rt or x valve, thats usually good for about 15+ bps
Mags are hard to ruin so buying used isnt that big of a deal..maybe just replace some o rings and add some oil!

xmags are expensive, and in my opinion, ugly.

Emags can look very awesome, and they are cheaper. You can also do some neat pneumags, but that will take a little bit of time and effort. Mech mags are cool too.
