Even if he buys the land, the land use must be approved by the city and/or county. And that is largely political. Meaning the equestrians and hikers can be very influential in whether or not his land is approved for paintball use.

Outlaw Paintball out that way supposedly shut down because of encroachment on animals that were on the endangered species list. Didnt matter that the guy owned the land or not, it became a Federal matter once those species were found on the land.

i realize its up to the city if they want to allow it there, but saying you cant do it because we were there first seems ridiculous. unfortunately, thats probably how it will go. stupid hippies
