So they are using their ad to insult, express disapproval of, criticize their own product, using irony? I see no irony in the video, or anything to support the notion of sarcasm...

Actually, the ad is meant to sell the product. Obviously they intend for it to appeal to a certain audience and it is not meant as a joke. It may be meant to be humorous to a large percent of viewers, but his problem is with the method by which virtue appeals to its audience.
