I'd like to use yout slug design for a project of mine. However I plan to redesign it into a warp pattern. I wanted permission to use the CAD for it, and if generates enough interest, to sell them.

I thought it would be prudent considering it's your intellectual property.

If you are talking about making them from scratch thats fine as long as you clearly identify the product as yours and not ours. We don't want to be responsible for your stuff not working.
