Ahh very convincing. "I am sorry people called the cops on me" is not a very good apology. I am convinced you are in the early stages of becoming a criminal.

Kids is right. "I lied I owe people money buuuut I have some stuff to sell so I can pay them. Please trust me cause I am sorry." is what this amounts to as I read it.

I have lied in the past and I am sorry is not a very convincing argument for forgiveness in my opinion. Whether it is "like you" or not. You did it. You seem to be trying to take responsibility and hoping to get a good name for yourself. I would work directly with the offended parties and be 100% sure they were happy before I made pleas to the general community. Good feedback goes a long way for me. If you have the comments that you do in your feedback (from respected known members of AO no less) I wouldn't buy from you unless you shipped first. What's more I would insist you did what was right and made me a happy customer before I gave you one red cent. Finally why bother? Unless you have something I can't get anywhere else at a price I just can't pass up I would rather pass on an ok deal than have a headache over when it goes bad.

You should have people with great feedback pay the people you owe $ upon receiving goods from you. Save yourself the hassle and set things straight. Then with your newly earned good feedback you won't have to beg people to do business with you.

im not sorry that people threatened to call the cops on me... not one bit. what im sorry about was the fact that i put them in that position that i had ultimately forced them to... this which i never wanted nor ever want to happen when dealing with anyone. i would have done the same thing in their position.

first off, that wasnt helpful what so ever..that entire paragraph just said exactly what i was trying to do in the first place to try and fix the problem. Im already trying to work or am working with said parties to end the situation.. hopefully that will fix those comments in my feedback (which A.O. isnt the only place i have feedback, just FYI). so you tell me, did you seriously come up with that post all on your own? i dont think so pal

You should have people with great feedback pay the people you owe $ upon receiving goods from you.

wouldnt that just make it worse? bringning more people into the situation, and make more of a hassle for both parties.

Save yourself the hassle and set things straight.

wow, no crap... did you even read the post?

Then with your newly earned good feedback you won't have to beg people to do business with you.

first off, i have great feedback, atleast i did untill this happeneing... nor do i have to beg to do buisness with people. and it seems by your post, your the kind of person i wouldnt want to do business with no matter how good your feedback was. it seems to me that shipping first or a few people not feel safe dealing with me now, its a small price to pay in order to regain what i had

as for the sale, im using it to make enough money for my senior portfolio project, so no, this money isnt to "pay anyone off" like you think.

"I have fixed it." Is different from "I am fixing it." Fixed problems result in no need to apologize to the community just good feedback.

I read all the posts here. Yeah bringing others in would be a bad idea you are right.

The price you need to pay is to make your jaded trade partners happy. Earning the trust of future customers should be part of building the character not to do wrong again.

Awesome how you get you panties in a twist over my comments. I can tell by your humble attitude how sorry you really are. Anyway I can see my being paternal is not helping so I will stop posting in this thread.

Honestly dude the main point of what I was saying was meant to be "Get is straight then you will have no need to apologize." Good on you for taking the first step.

                Apology my

I had a deal going together with him starting June 20th was the original contact. I waited a bit becuase he said he would ship right away. He then replied on the 23rd that he would ship it out aroudn the 26th of June. I pm'ed him wondering where the vest was and he responded,

"sorry man, right before we did business, someone came to me with an offer that was just too good to refuse. also, i dont like the whole ship first to canada idea, i almost couldnt cash a money order from canada yet i had already sent the package.. sorry man, i just dont feel safe"

Don't you think if somebody came to him "BEFORE" we did business he would have told me? why would I have to go through all this waiting only to be told so many WEEKS later that he did business elsewhere? Also I disclosed right away that it ws from Canada, and there is no way a money order if done right would be hard to cash, unless you call going into a bank and talking to a teller hard.

This guy is not trustworthy at all! I took the benifit of the doubt that he did in fact mean this apology, but now I see its just a big scam. Thank god I didn't send him any money.

BE WARNED THIS IS THE TYPE OF GUY THAT GIVES ONLINE PURCHASING A BAD REPUTATION.

here is my feedback link. Its not like I am new to this http://www.automags.org/forums/showt...feedback+phizz

I can atest to this as well. And I'm thanking myself for not getting involved with him on any of his sales.

I wish the best to those who are still awaiting payments and items from him.

No thanks I will keep this public, so everyone can see what a hassel this guy is.

you told me 3 weeks ago it was mine and you were shipping it out. It should have been here already. And no I didn't pay any money but a deal was made and should have been carried out. And you said that before we made a deal a guy came up to you with an offer you couldn't refuse, why would you go through the charade of telling me you are still going to ship it?

but just incase somebody else disagrees here is the record of the messages

okay, to ship to BC via USPS Express, it will be $28.50ish plus cost ($45)

so your total is roughly $70-$75

Sounds good. But what about a slower shipping method? I dn't really need it as fast as xpress delivers. I will take it, just try for a cheaper method if possible.

                        okay... hmm......

                        usps priority international : $19.90 : 6-10 days
First Class International : $15.46 : varies (like weeks)

thats all i got... ill check with ups or fedex later on

usps priority sounds good to me!

                        thanks

Cool and could you send it as a gift, and decribe the contents as just "sporting goods Vest"

                        Thanks again.

                        wait what? and how?

when you take it to the post office, they will give you a form to fill out because its international, just have to put down your address, my address, and then the contents of the box (sporting goods vest), and the value of whats inside ($50). then just under where you put the contents there are three boxes, check the one that says gift.

oh i got ya.. sure thing
