Where to find 114/4500 tank -reg for flatline.

Need some help. I am struggling here i am looking for a 114/4500 tank. Because I would like to get a flatline to put on to it. But I cant seam find. some help in this matter would be greatly unappreciated.

PS. Anyone says I don't need that heavy of a tank and its going to slow me down. Has never hauled around M249(SAW) with 5 extra ammo boxes for 16 hours while on patrol. I want the extra air, I use a warp ( yeah more weight ). In others words ( UNLESS ACCOUNTS FOR MORE THAN 50 LBS WHICH IS ABOUT QUARTER OF MY WEIGHT I DON'T CARE )

Everyone stopped making the 114's.
You can still find 88's 90's and 92's if I'm not mistaken.
But SpecOps just brought the 114's back again so unless you get a used one, they are the only ones that have them.
