It's a scam. This same auction has been posted repeatedly. At one time, the scammer had about 15 amazing packages listed under different hijacked accounts.

if he is a scammer, maybe some of us should bid, get the price high and then just don't pay :)

It won't do any good. The scammer hijacks existing accounts and uses them for this, if you get the account canceled, he'll move on to another one.

can't the bay just ban his ip address from thier system , then he would have to have a diff comp wouldn't he I would think the bay would be able to dump scammers like this

It's really not worth the trouble for a website with that much traffic to do that. Chances are the scammer isn't using his home computer for this, and even if he was, it's most likely a DHCP address anyway, so eventually you'll end up blocking the wrong person.
