yes he is right that is ff milling its the mellenium edition

i would ask the seller why the gun does not have the proper front pnue.

if he gives you some shady answer i would beware, because he MIGHT have just bought a body, then it is NOT a FF, just a FF body

so check it out, call professional paintball and ask how u can tell the difference between their internals

and then ask the seller, i would make sure u know everything about that gun before you trade because it could be a shifty deal
the phone number is (716) 924-9930
they are GREAT guys and will answer any questions that you have, i really suggest you calling them and finding out

    later
    hope this helps

Looks like a FF body kit, or a bastardized FF. Either way, I'd keep the imp, as the trade ain't so great. I don't know about you guys, but I've always though FFs as a "pretty face", but nothing more. They're not anything special as a stock cocker with a few parts will perform just as well, if not better. I'd look into one of the new DYE cockers, Eclipse, or Shocktech.

          i disagree

i think that the FF offers just as much with MORE than the dye, shocktech, or Eclipse

the eclipse is nice but its the only one i would rate along side the ff

i mean pro paintball is sure great their customer service is just as good, the free flow has few stock parts on it

Pro Paintball does maintain a friendly and helpful staff, however, their guns have almost become a cliche. I seems as though the newb progression in paintball is: spyder-cocker-trick cocker-angel-trick angel-quit. Bear in mind, this process only takes two years to complete, and usually begins on the 14th birthday, and ends on the 16th. I've seen FAR too many people toting FFs. Say what you will about a good thing being popular, but I for one like to have a unique implement of destruction. That's why I believe that cockers built by their owners from the ground up will ALWAYS be better than a "custom out of the box" gun.

gotta agree with sun warrior on that one. but since you play front, the cocker is a tighter set up. play with it for a whole day and see if it like you, or you like it. if the trade is local ^^.

Keep the impy...like i said unless you get those parts, cause if it is really a free flow then plus those parts = ownij ,,,, if its a faker freeflow with those parts it will actally still own. But its not worth your impy, cause this trade seems too shady, cause people never replace rocks for jackhammers cause they blow (imo)

dude that cocker looks alot nicer then your impy (no offense) and it is smaller its not 6 feet tall lol buuuut yuor rat impy is alot faster shooting or it might be to you anyways. i would trade even if it has a-n-s pnues it is still a sweet gun.

contrary to what most say, freeflows are the only cockers i've found to be noticeably better than stock cockers. What i think is the key to the freeflows feeling so nice on the trigger is the hammer. If you've ever fired a freeflow the trigger seems to roll, there is no "break". For this reason i intend to buy an FF hammer for my cocker. I like the FF's triggers better than any other custom cocker i've fired. E-mag triggers still own, and for about the same price (or cheaper, depending on how the FF is set up)

yeah, anyway the kid seemed sketchy on the deal right, so i traded for a sweet angel with TONS of extras. a 2k angel black, stick trigger, ring trigger, 12" ultralite, 2 infnity barrels different bore, 2k1 battery, intelifeed, dual dye voulumizers, dye feed, dye site rail, i could go on and on! i just like the feel of the angels better, heres a pic. :)

The hammers on free flows have rounded lugs, light springing, and a light sear spring as well. A shocktech PHAT hammer is a better hammer in the respect that it's brass construction weighs more than the FFs stainless steel. This allows to use an even lighter spring and maintain the same velocity at lower pressure. Either way, they're both great buys.
