          looks like a big cover someone made for a body to switch the feed to the left.

          there is a plate up front that looks like it is made to keep it from sliding back. the flutes up front go to the body depth and can even see the tip of the body under neath.

              I was thinking the same thing when I saw the pictures on my phone. Seeing them on a bigger screen makes be definitely think a cover.
