its 3 different patterns in case someone was planning to buy it and missed that.

I was texting with the guy in the summer about this and he didn't really respond after I asked if he would ship. He was a bit dodgy when I asked about the consistency of the patterns, and I remember him saying that they "match the theme."

someone else was talking to him about him and got pretty clear pics and you can see that they are different patterns.
