                      As the highest ranking member of the OFPPA (there is only one other member, and I can't remember who he was) I hereby welcome going_home to the august ranks of the Association, as Member #3. He appears to meet all the requirements (advanced age, gets old fast, etc., etc.) Membership entails no duties, and no obligations. Welcome Sir! Be proud!

                      Note: You may choose to decline the honor, with no adverse reflection on you.

                      Note 2: The oldest mention of the Association, on AO, was from Than205 in 2004. He may have been the one that inducted me.
